Selling house with free solar panels

I'm sure that there is, loads of people thought it was a great idea to lease their roof for a very small return, you just have to hope you find a buyer who likes the idea and isn't too put of by what their solicitor tells them.
Who did you actually lease the roof to ??
Some contracts aren't as bad as others, but some of the worst ones may make it very hard to shift your house.
Our Panels are leased with EcoVision. Like I said so far they have been very accommodating and I have no problem with them as a company. So far we've benifitted quite a bit from the free electricity - as both myself and my husband are at home during the day.
Ofcourse now all those savings have gone towards paying the soliciter fees for the sale that hasn't gone though0 -

They cost us taxpayers a ruddy fortune. Why won't Dave change the subsidies to reduce this daft waste & blight.
Cheers!
They tried to change them, and they got sued.
That's why the tariff is rubbish if you build now, but everyone who fit them before still have the decent tariff.

People who won't look at houses with solar panels are fools. Of course you have to get them checked out, but assuming everything is okay on that front you stand to do very well from all the free electricity you get. You also know that the roof was recently inspected and is in reasonable condition, otherwise they would not have installed.0
