Hers.
If it turns out she wanted yours you can look overjoyed and say, "Really? I never thought for a second you'd want mine, I just assumed it was yours you wanted."
It doesn't really work the other way just makes you look big-headed or proprietorial :eek:0 -

My dad got my mum a necklace with her intials on about a month before they got married only he got her, her madien name initals not her married ones :rotfl:
She said it was ok though because my dads name started with the same letter as what would become her old surname so she could say it stood for both of themFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -

That got me thinking....
I suppose if you put multiple initials on a necklace I guess you also need to check what the combination would also spell out...
Imagine you have children Jack Izzy and Maria...suddenly youve created JIM ...might take some explaining if thats not yours or your OH's name...
Yep I thought about giving an example of something perhaps slightly more risque...but even I cant imagine anyone wearing something like that around their neck!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
Depending on how much you were planning on spending, presenting it in a nice Tiffany box will be a treat. For presents I have bought the tiffany pendant and a cheaper silver chain, then put them together and presented them in the tiffany box

I can only imagine the look on her face if she opened to find a different initial. It might have taken a little while to register that it was yours.
A lovely idea though, and ignore the Grinch that that called you egotistical. Hubby bought me one with an 'J' which is DS and DD's initial.0 -
Her initial of course, cos even if she got rid of you she'd still be able to wear the necklace!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

Get her initial, what is your budget?
I suggest you buy something with her initial but in a brand that she can add other initials onto later if she chooses to.0 -
Or what about one with both your initials?
E.g.

Depending on your budget/her style, how about one of these?

Not cheap, but very 'now'. My very late thirties daughter lusts after one.0
