Its not so difficult to know your full name. Its prob junk. If you have ever given your email out or have an online account unfortunatly companies sometimes sell your details forward.
I receive quite a few emails with DEAR (my name) - you have won... really annoying but it can happen.

I'm convinced that's how most spammers find you... I've even found some of my old email addresses that way and old conversations and posts! (that was a long time ago though!) but public forums are a haven for locating email addresses to spam. (yes places like this)0
