not hot ?

Hi i have just fitted a towel rail in place of a radiator, but doesnt seem to warm up there is water in but cold any ideas please !!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you turned both valves on??
Have you bled the air out??
Have you turned the heating on??

Did you drain the whole system down to take the old rad off??
If so has the system filled correctly??

yes i drained the whole system, how will i know if it filled correctly? 3 yeses to your first reply thanks

Might have got airlocked try draining some more water off then bleed all the rads again.
Are your other rads getting hot ??

Turn off all other rads except the new one. Any airlock will soon be removed. Open up others when problem is resolved. Very common problem.
