Minimium payment markers..

Hi,
I have balances outstanding on 2 credit cards.
They have been owing for a while and I have only ever made the minimium payments.

I am now in a position to pay both amounts off in full.
Looking at my experian report I see that both of these cards have 'yes' written in the minimium payment boxs.

Should I make one more monthly payment, this time paying over the minimium then pay them both off?

Or, if I pay them off now will the minimium payment marker be removed anyway?

Or, will my history always be visible regardless?
