use for glass ramekins

I've been saving those glass ramekins that come with gu puddings (yes not v old style but OH buys them when they are on offer and it's his turn to make a special dinner) soooo could any of you v helpful people on here suggest a pudding i can make to go in them. my inspiration button is firmly off today, father's day is not good for me so i want to distract myself with some yummy cooking!

    You could use them to make your own gel air freshners. Not food I know, but good to have around the house.

    I only have a few so use them for dips when the kids have a fruit fondue thing, or you could make mini pies or quiches, tartlets either savory or sweet, errr :think:

    thanks i did hink about making candles in them? but i really want to make dessert today and have got a little determind/obsessed with using them!

    I have 11 (not that we buy such hi cal products:whistle: )

    I made garlic mushroom as a starter & used them as the pot for a portion of garlic mayonaise for each plate/person.

    I will be watching this thread to see any ideas:D

    You could make some min christmas puddings to put away for crimbo, little chocolate puds with gooey sauce, or sponge puddings.


    Don't have any recipies, but I am sure there will be some in the mega idex at the top.

    that is a good idea, specially as i've got eggs to use up! do you think if i mde 4 i could freeze 2? there's only me and DH

    ha ha i am not woman enough but i get the feeling DH would be man enough. I've found a recipe that I can halve and as a bonus i'll have egg whites for meringues mmmmmm
