Counterclaims can be anything, including "liquidated losses" such as the day off work for the hearing, not something for which one would take annual leave; petrol to and from the library to use the computer, colour printouts are 80p each (honestly, just lump it up!).
Have you seen Parking Eye's apologetic claim of expenses? It would be hilarious if not for the occasional partisan judge to swallow the muck.0 -
