Hi,
I just checked my credit report and to my horror I found that you registered a default against me for £35 in August 2012!
I switched my phone contract to 3 in April 2011 and I most definitely cancelled my contract with you, there is no way I could not have done or else how would I have been able to port my mobile number?
I note from my credit report that my balance was zero till September 2011 then you suddenly started charging me again,
Please can you look at this for me, this unfair default is causing me a great deal of stress!
