Help TomTom Rider 2 voice download problem

My sister has just bought this - downloaded the software to pc and transferred to tomtom (or whatever you do!!) - the visual route appears on the screen but can't get the voice - says that the voice has not been downloaded or is not compatible with this device. Any advice?

    Basic voices should always be available within the settings, what voice has she got selected at the moment?
