Confused about Royal Mail parcels

I sent 3 packages off at the Post Office yesterday.
2 x 2nd class signed for packages for ebay customers. Got my receipt and tracking numbers.
1 x 1st class signed for package to Envirofone. Sending an old phone to cash in.
1st class got delivered earlier as expected but the other 2 are confusing me. One tracking number says it's been picked up and is processing through but the other tracking number is showing nothing at all.
Why is that when they both got sent at same time?

One would guess that the second class are in a second class cage waiting to be processed. Yes that is what is annoying. Both 2nd class signed for. 1 has tracking number with an update and the other has nothing

That is not unusual, it is also not unusual for neither item to ever update online.

Sorry when I meant 1st Class it was sent Special Delivery
although that never updated either until it was actually delivered.

Special delivery is tracked, signed for is not.

Signed for doesnt track. It shows when it goes into the system (usually) and then it should do again when the signature is obtained on delivery.
