Listing Fee Refunds

Well, got let down by a newbie on Ebay (really annoying!) after she sent me loads of emails about how to send payment and then turned around and said she didnt want the item after all.
So after waiting 7 days for Ebay to process an Unpaid Item Strike, I get my Final Value Fee reimbursed (£11.95), have relisted the item but I only get the basic listing fee reimbused which was 35p, NOT any of the other listing fees such as bold, featured, gallery etc
 This leaves me about £14 out of pocket!!
Is this frustrating or what?? Is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do except to try and chase the buyer further to refund your charges. I've never really see this succeed though :-(

Figured as much!
Nevermind, can't get too upset I guess, does make me feel like blocking people without feedback from bidding on my auctions, but you loose out quite a lot from doing this so gonna have to take the rough with the smooth!0 -

You can't even do it, ebay lets you block those with -1 feedback or lower but not buyer's with no feedback at all!0
