How compatable are I-pads with Windows laptops and are they much good at photo editing with a mouse pen?

Dont quite follow what you mean by how compatible? They are two totally different operating systems so software wise they aren't compatible at all. Or do you mean can files created on an ipad be used on a windows laptop? In which case it totally depends on the file type you create with your editing software.0

if you're thinking theyre like a wacom pad then theyre not... no where near in fact. You might want to checkout wacoms new tablets that i think will do what you want.0
