            Thanks for replies. I started over a month ago. Yer it's £1200 exactly every month as agreed. I have asked and apparently the other £600 not display on my payslip is classed on expenses. No idea why. I've told them to correct my payslip in the future.0

I'm confused...
If you've incurred £600 worth of expenses in the course of your employment, they should be entered separately as they obviously don't attract Tax/NI
Your full salary before deductions should be shown on your payslip.
It's your record of income for tax/NI purposes. You must keep them and check them against the P60.
I think I read that you might apply for a mortgage in the future (?) and the payslips would need to be supplied in any application you make.0
