EDF Blue Price Promise Apr2014

Am on EDF Blue Price Promise April 2014, which has been a good deal for us, not needing to change suppliers either. Of course when it ends it reverts to std variable, which even now is quite a leap up in unit rates before whatever the increases are when they come.

Am tempted to go for EDF Blue Price Freeze March 2017 now, but of course it means paying more immediately - 13.72p/day unit for BPP compared with 19.82p/day unit for BPF and 5.62p/day unit BPP compared with 7.19p/night unit BPF.

Over a year about 37% of our consumption is night and some while ago, on BPP, I worked out it was cheaper than all of it at the non E7 rate BPP. But at not sure now if we were to go for BPFMar2017. Overall I think we'll have better surety and better guarantee (long as prices don't come down :rotfl:)
