npower - online site not showing bill - should I complain?
We were supplosed to get a bill around the 11th October but it is not showing so I cannot tell how much we are using. The site doesnt really seem to work very well , I have supplied several meter readings in the last month yet it doesnt update to tell me anything meaningful. It just tells me the next bull date is in April.
What should I do? I feel like complaining to Ofgen as the bills part of their website has not been working for far too long.

Their website is forever down. They really are inept buffoons, in fact they are ineligible to work for Billy Smarts Circus because they are too "clown-like".
You may never receive a bill if you're lucky.0 -

Good luck! I've been waiting since 8th Aug. Even got a complaint. after 4 weeks and no contact and no answer I've left Npower0

look at your previous bills and how the readings are converted into kwh,,, then manually track your reading month to month and that should give a good idea of what you are using..0
