Used MSE to switch to npower but no confirmation
used mse tool to switch to npower early this morning before they announced increases , switched to the march 2017 deal which isnt available now , had email from mse energyclub to say your energy switch is in progress but heard nothing from npower , will i be alright and still get deal i signed for ?
