Switch fixed or variable confusion
Me and my partner have just moved into a new rented flat, which is slightly bigger than our old one. I've been going onto comparison sites and they recommend variable tariffs. We used to be with BG for gas and EDF for electric. Our annual kWh for gas was 4129 and electric 1936. We're now with BG for both.
I've was interested in the EDF Blue Price Promise 2015, as I'm thinking to stay safe and go fixed (and they don't charge to leave).
But as we are low usage and the comparison sites keep recommending variable, I'm not sure what to do?! Shall I just go ahead with the above, and go through a cashback site?
