Just Needing a Break!

Hello,
I am looking for something to do or somewhere to go for one or two nights. We are a young couple from the Midlands. We currently don't have a car so anything with good transport links would be great. Just fancy a day or two away from things so it feels like a break. We will be on a budget though, no more than about £150/£200.
Any ideas of something nice to do to escape? Want something relaxing, romantic or just something nice to do as a couple.
Thanks.:j

you don't say where in the Midlands you are, but maybe you could have a nice couple of days away by the sea if you're not near a beach where you live? I love the seaside at this time of year, with big waves pounding across the bay - its lovely having walks along the beach when its blustery, really blows the cobwebs away (and makes it seem even cosier indoors once you're done).0

What about Youth hostels.Always on the hunt for a bargain0

try any of the big chains they often do seasonal offers e.g. http://www.qhotels.co.uk/
If you can get a DBB included rate then you would be close to budget
