Spent a further £18 today at Morrisons, all stuff I needed this week rather than next takes my total up to £435
I am planning for Decembers meals and have around 11 days in the freezer just now. Have also decided that I will not cook loads at Christmas as I have done in the past as it wont be eaten.
I analysed my spending so far and have devised my monthly budgets to reign in my food spending and my Hubbys treat spending so will keep my running totals in my sig.
Hoping this helps to keep me on track for December and into the New Year.

£3 today in Mr T's on milk and chicken dippers. And thats it. Thats me done. Declaring at an AMAZING £231.34/£400 for November. Payday tomorrow for me. :j:j:j

The money saved is paying for my sons main christmas gift and clearing a catalogue debt.

Next month won't be the same. Nearly everywhere is bare, so i need to do a HUGE decent shop. Plus its christmas, and i have 14 for lunch. Plus i'm going away for a week at the end of the month, so need money for alcohol too and new years nibbles as a guest. I'm gonna have to spend tomorrow doing some SERIOUS planning before setting my budget.

I'll carry on reading for the next couple of days... And will find Decembers thread to join now.

Well done CP - Congratulations :D And congrats to everyone else coming in under budget. Guess lots are trying to hoard a few pennies for Chrissy.

My DS took £5 today to Mr T for some rolls and toms and came back with no change - oh well he's only here until the weekend.

Hope you all have a good Thursday

My last day today and no need to buy anything (that will be three NSD in a row) so I'll end the month £5.27 under budget. :j

Well done to everyone declaring under budget :T
It is my last day on November budget today as I get paid tomorrow.
I can't decide between having a nsd day today or doing a £20 shop on staples as I am low on everything, the freezer is pretty much empty. I will defrost it tonight, the cupboards make Old mother Hubbard look well stocked and the fridge just has eggs, cheese and margarine in.
On the other hand I am tempted to bank the full £50 I am underspent this month :o

    I'm in December, but

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone coming under budget

Not to worry, anyone that isn't - at least you ahve a better understanding of how you are spending the money/where it is going wrong, and start December eager and raring to go

ETA: Soworried - I would bank the full £50. Supper tonight sounds like a cheese omelette - or cheesy scrambled egg. One more NSD to see you to Decmber :T
