CEC Switch initiated - what guarantee it will work?
Inresponse to Martin's TV advices, on 21Oct13 I initiated a switch through CEC toa fixed Scottish Power Dec14 tariff. The CEC website completed OK and says"Switch in process". However there is no comforting referencenumber, just a wait 5 days for the supplier's letter.
Whatguarantee have I that this will now result in my application beingsuccessfully received by Scottish Power and being accepted as validlyfixing the tariff for me?

I never received any paperwork in the post, though my switch did complete. It took six months and many many emails to get CEC to stump up the £30 cashback though. Better off going through a site with a more established track record if you ask me.0
