123 cashback

I get cashback on Comms/Electric and Gas and Council,, but nothing on my Sainsurys/ASDA, etc spend (although they 'tell' me I do and even quote an amount, it does not apprea on my statements (last 3 mths since opening). Anyone else have this problem ?

    Assuming this is Santander....?

    I think you are mixing up the current account (which gives you cashback on utilities) and the credit card (which gives you cashback on groceries). Do you have both, or just the current account?

    yes have both.
    I see it now. Credit card cashback is on the credit card statement. Silly me
