Lloyds Bank

Options
Hi all hope your well.
I moved bank from Barclays to lloyds six months ago,
What a huge mistake. Currently earn 100k a year paid
Into my lloyds account. They will not even give me a credit
Card overdraft or loan, went and had a chat with the manager
He said I have a CDP marker on my account and lending.
Will this go I ask, reply was I quote " don't really know mate
We get an update every month" I went armed with credit files all
Perfect he could still not do anything. I will be going back
To barclays back to my premier account back to a 35k limit
Card and pre approved loan. Before you ask I left barclays because the manager changed from a professional helpful human being
To a car phone warehouse graduate 30 years old with an
Attitude of I've arrived !, so anyone thinking of leaving a bank
They are already established with think again!! Lloyds promised the world with my salary and banking needs and delivered nothing
But grief

Based on the fact you have a marker against you Lloyds will not be making much money out of you and as your brief relationship has broken down it time to move on.

There has to be a very good reason for this marker to appear on your account and just because you earn £100k does not matter a dam to them.

They obviously do not trust you.

Whether you earn 100k or not lloyds think you're a high risk and lloyds don't normally just apply CPD's for the fun of it.

They've checked your credit files and I would say they've seen something they don't like i:e high borrowing etc etc.

I would say try another bank but you being high risk I would swerve that TBH.

I suspect the OP is a spammer and dreaming that they earn 100K a year.
You may question anything I say. Just be polite, otherwise you go straight on to my Ignore List, which funds a good old fashioned knees-up every Xmas. Cheers;)

Let me guess, you went back to Barclays, flashed your paycheque in their face and they rolled out the red carpet and immediately gave you back your 35K Credit card and 100K loan?

Personally I think your dreaming and possibly typing in your sleep.

    I love that reason .....

"Get a copy of your credit reports and send them to us"

What's the f*cking point? They've already seen the bleedin thing electronically already.... waste of time.
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

If nothing else, this proves that the OP is a troll. Nobody in Lloyds calls their customers 'mate', and for starters, Lloyds employees wouldn't say "don't really know" if they don't really know.
