Estimated G & E costs?
Hi all,
Myself and my girlfriend have just moved into a 2-bedroom terraced house and I have spent this afternoon putting our details into various gas and electric price comparison websites.
The results have been wildly varying (from £750/a year upto £1400 a year!) and therefore I have no idea which of those quotes are the accurate ones and how much we'll be looking to pay!
We're on a basic account at the moment (have been for 3 days) so have no history of usage.
We're both out during the day at work and very good at using blanket/hot water bottles rather than stick on the heating/fire. So we're hoping use will be low.
Anyone have any vague idea how much we'll be looking at paying per month?

Similar usage pattern to oursevles and our bill is expected to be about £850 a year following the latest increases.
Start taking weekly readings and keep track of useage to estimate costs.0
