gas and electric duel fuel 2 year capped plan

im supplied duel fuel 2 year capped price plan my provider is SCOTTISH HYDRO.i pay £80.00 per month for electric.£60.00 per month for gas this totals to £1680.00 per year.i see all the main providers of energy are hiking up there prices 8% 9%10% i shudder to think what my charges will go up by each month look what im paying just now its terrible im disabled 24/7 in wheelchair.when you hear these politicians on tv they do absolutely nothing to help disabled people we have bedroom tax.foodbanks what next the shirt of our back.

sorry i forgot to ask should i be thinking of switching energy provider before SCOTTISH HYDRO put up there prices in november 15th or do they have other price plans.i see some other energy providers are giving fixed rates to 2014/2015 i did uswitch comparison quote0

Jim. If youre on the 2 year capped plan on each gas and elec then you wont be affected by the price increases from the 15 nov 13. look on the back of your last bill. you are protected from price rises for 24 months from the date Hydro changed you over to that tariff. Tom0
