In an estate agents description of a house I saw it said that "the property offers excellent potential".

That may explain why there's only one picture of the interior (the hallway) the rest all being of the gardens and the panoramic views!!

Having seen my present house (which would accurately be described as "in need of modernisation") be described as "ready to move into":cool::rotfl::cool::rotfl:...just take it as meaning one that could accurately be described as A Project and will take loads and loads of work and money.
It'll be nice in the end...but can your finances/relationships/temper take the strain..0
