I will add that to the Newbies thread 'How to win at POPLA' as it is indeed a specific 'MSA' POPLA appeal that covers all the bases. Well done!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi there,
I'm about to use this appeal as a template for mine.
A couple of additional points that I'd appreciate some input into, though:
1. I've had 4 PCN's in a space of 8 days. Those are a result of a change in circumstances, and the use of public coffee shop (and free wifi...) for a quick job search, around 3 hours each visit.
2. When first entered the MSA (not sure if I should confirm the exact location?), I asked the coffee shop person what are the parking arrangements, to which the response was "it's free". I assumed that's the case and did not look at any of the signs (which were present but certainly not clear or understandable). I then did the same during the other visits, again relying on the same advise. Should I add this to my appeal, and what is the best wording format for that?
3. I've appealed all the PCN's, yet only got the formal "unsuccessful appeal" for 1 of those. Should I wait for the others, or just appeal the one I've got?
If there are any other details that are relevant for these particular points, please let me know.
Thanks!
