Hi all
have recently brought this and installed an external SC card. However I have 2 users on the tablet but the SD card is only being seen by 1 of them
I have looked and googled but am none the wiser so do any of you good techy people have any ideas or suggestions on how to make the card visible to all?
many thanks

Is the one who can see the card the person that the device is registered to? (I don't know if it works the same as smartphones/tablets where they are registered to a user)1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
The first user on the device is usually an "admin" and other users have restricted rights.
That means the other users might no get to see items on the SD Card.
Check the users, see if you can give the other "admin" rights.Laters

my first guess was that but the problem is i cant see any setting that gives or removes admin rights, and if i set up a new user it does not seem to offer that option?0

what options does it give?
Think the 2 options for a new user are "User" and "Restricted rights"
"User" has admin rights where as the other does not.Laters

If I set up a new user I don't get either option0

When I create a new user they seem to have no admin rights at all0
