Balance transfer from husband's card

A couple of years ago my husband paid off one of my CCs (about £2k) and now he is in a similar position with one of his CCs, so I want to open a new CC with a 0% balance transfer so I can pay this off.
I applied for Tesco CC as they had 0% for 27 months, but in the small print it says you can only transfer balances from a card in your own name. Otherwise the 0% doesn't apply.
I cancelled the application as I only wanted the card for that one purpose.
Does anyone know if there are any CCs out there that allow you to transfer from another person's card and still take advantage of the 0%?
Thanks.

Most of them are fine with it. Barclaycard I know are as I've done it myself, as are Halifax.
Tesco probably would have put it through too to be honest, most usually just ask for the card number and not the name, especially if you do the transfer online.0 -
Yup Barclaycard do it and I have just done it for my son and got 0% for two years for a 3.9% fee.0

Santander don't allow transfers except in the main cardholder's name.
