Fixed price will cost more is it worth it?

Hi all,
I'm with SSE on the Argos energyplus tariff. I'm just looking at the new fixed prices and the energy (dualfuel) will cost the same as my current tariff when the prices increase, but the standing charge will be more. On my current tariff it will be 14.80p per day on each fuel, but on the fixed it will be 15.66 p per day.
I don't know what to do, I know they say prices will keep going up, but they do every year anyway? What would you do?
