MyHermes site constantly crashing - help!

Since Myhermes launched their new website I can't get on it as I get the Google Aw Snap message, have tried clearing cookies etc, incognito, disabling plugins, nothing works. Norton says site is ok with no problems. I'm using Google Chrome. Never had any problems before new site launch, a quick search shows others seem to have this problem too but I can't find a solution. Managed to contact Myhermes but they were no help at all. I'm booking my Ebay parcels via P2G which I really dislike doing so really want to get back onto Myhermes direct. Any tech advice appreciated.

Have you tried Firefox or another web browser?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?

I have had lots of problems trying to get My Hermes and also Collect + to work on both Firefox and Chrome.
I have various anti advertising filters set up on these which may be the cause of my problems so, for Hermes and Collect +, I now use Internet Explorer (which has no blocking features set on it) and this works fine.0 -
yep, sometimes you have to use IE :-)Friendly greeting!0
