Economy 7 meter & switching

Hi I tried to switch from Eon to M&S Energy and, because we don't use Economy 7 but still have a E7 meter, I filled the form in saying that we did not use Economy 7. When M&S checked the details they found that we had got an E7 meter and said that they could not proceed with the switch. I asked if I could get the meter…

Thanks jrawle. This is what we found when we were on economy 7, we didn't use enough in the night to offset the higher price for the day units. I am trying to contact the customer services for Scottish Power but haven't been able to yet because they are so busy. I'll keep trying.
