Sky complaints

Are Sky just generally rubbish at responding to complaints? Its been about 6 months now of trying to sort out there false selling over the phone. We had some money reimbursed but we have no idea what for and what is happening.

I sent a letter as they said to request a copy of the phone log and haven't had the forms. I have sent an email to complaints and no response.

How on earth does anything get resolved?
