    They asked me when I put the complaint in if I had asked them to remove it, I said no and asked should I do that first, but was told no, they will take it from here? I have been given a number etc.

    I have got a letter here for the company but will hold off sending that until instructed to do so I think, that way I am not wasting a stamp.
  • Thank you for all your help and advice with this :) I was so upset about this yesterday, so I now know more about what I can request if they refuse to remove the default.
