Hi everyone, I couldn't see a new thread started so here's mine from Monday in no particular order
Cajun chicken breast, wedges, corn on the cob, salad
frying steak & chips, garlic mushrooms
chilli beef stir fry & noodles
tandoori chicken breast, vegetable rice, mint/yoghurt sauce & salad
pork steaks with creamy leek and pasta bake
chicken casserole & crusty bread
pork steak with mustard & brown sugar, roasted veg & jacket potatoes with sour cream

This week will be
Mon - Salmon fillet in HM lemon and parsley sauce with mash and peas
Tue - Sweet chilli chicken (drumsticks and thighs) with baked potato and veg
Wed - Slow cooker chicken (not decided exactly what recipe yet)
Thur - Chinese takeaway (I have a 12 hour shift and won't want to cook)
Fri - Chicken curry or chicken soup (using up leftover SC chicken)
Sat - sort of HM pizza (I buy the bases but add everything else at home)
A lazy cooking week this week and a lot of chicken being used.0 -

Feeling pretty pleased with myself today as I finally had the time (and inclination) to do a bit of pre-cooking for the week, so managed to get tonight's and tomorrows tea plus the next few days lunch sorted within a couple of hours :j for me, that is organisation!
S- Fish pie topped with leeky spring onion-y mash
M - HM moussaka - already done apart from the bechamel sauce:D
T - Spicy pork & rice
W - Prawn pasta linguine with garlic bread
T - Crispy pork schnitzel with spuds and salad
F - Chicken burgers & chips
S - Beef & orange stir fry0
