Hi Everyone,
Can anyone give me any information on buying a house at auction. It sounds like a great way to buy, but, completely clueless about it all.
I live in the north west, so I would like to know about property auctions in that area.
I would really appreciate your help,
Thanks a million

Google 'property auctions' Read the notes and guidance.
Never bid until:
* you've had survey done
* you've got the cash available (if mortgage, that means a firm mortgage offer, NOT a mortgage in principal)
* you've checked the legals
Never bid at your first auction- go to a few and see how it works.

Do you want to buy to live in the house or to let out?

The auction houses around the North West that I know of are Edward Mellor and Pugh. Some of the estate agents like Alan Kirkham and Ryder and Dutton also have links to auction properties.De cluttering Konvert.Getting there
