Bought via Amazon, Company in Germany

My daughter recently bought a few items via Amazon (UK). These were under a single order number but came from more than one source. The order was paid for with my credit card.
One of the items was a T-Shirt costing £18.80 (free postage) which came from a supplier in Germany. The item was too small so a returns request was raised via Amazon, the company responded and said we had to return it (and pay for the return - I was OK with this, and got proof of posting) and they would refund via the payment method used (my credit card).
It took a while, but I notice on my recent transactions a refund dated 15 Oct, as below...
Amazon Mktplce EU-UK, Amazon.Co.UK
14.90 POUND STERLING LUXEMBOURG
That's £3.90 less than what we paid. We (I) have contacted the seller via Amazon to remind them that the refund must be IN FULL (per the DSRs - yes, we DID raise the returns request within 7 working days) and without any deductions for postage or any restocking fee.
So ... am I right?

Found this on Amazon:When you purchase an item from a Seller, Amazon.co.uk Marketplace charges your credit card and passes on payment, less a commission, to your Seller. For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase price and delivery costs, your Seller must request a refund via Amazon.co.uk Marketplace.
So could it be the £14.90 is the payment the seller received, and they have asked Amazon to refund the commision part to you?0 -
Thanks for that. Let's see if that's how they respond to the email.0

They responded (via Amazon system) to say they'll refund the additional £3.90.
(They haven't done so yet).0 -
It seems they did do so straight away ... checking my CC transactions online shows a £3.90 refund dated 21/10.0
