The Cheapest Time To Fly "To" and "With"?

Maybe I have done this before and if I have I apologise.
Is there a website or search engine that is well suited to searching on the cheapest time to fly to a given country/region/airport with a given airline or FF program? ..... Or even the cheapest flights in a 12 month period.
I know which country I want to fly to, I have arrival airport preferences, but am happy to fly anytime within a 12 month period, but as I would like to use the FF benefits I have a preference for the carrier.
Any ideas?

The issue there is that they will give typical results of +/- X days but not a 12 month overview. The MSE Dictionary

Put dates in and then click on 'next week'.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
try skyscanner and a year view0

Skyscanner. Generally cheapest FF miles = cheapest cash price.0

Skyscanner in year view for a general cheap search. Then you can get more specific with travelocity or lastminute.com.
Although prices can be erratic and go up and down all year
I assume you want the FF status benefits rather than booking a miles flight. Award flight availability is generally just a hard slog.0 -
Yes, just the benefits... I did look at sky scanner but on a mobile device which wasn't that clever, so I will revisit on a laptop.budgetflyer wrote: »Skyscanner in year view for a general cheap search.....
