Bank of scotland overdraft

I have an overdraft of £2700 with Bank of scotland, i use this up to £300 overdrawn every month and never go over this
i had a letter from them yesterday to say that theyre going to be reducing it to £580.
Is it worth asking them to keep it, i feel a bit nervous not having it at my disposal if i wanted to use it at any point
