Over a period of time i have added programs to the computer. Is there a way of recording what is installed and where the program originates from on the harddrive?
I am aware that i can write down what is installed on the computer by looking at the 'add/remove program' window. Also creating a ghost image will be a record of what is installed.
was wondering if there is another way.

Yup, try this: http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
It should tell you everything that's installed, and it's free.Last ciggie - 28/01/2012
If you are not paying for it, you're not the customer; you're the product being sold.0 -
