Bank won't cancel CPA / Mail Order Payment without me specifying an exact amount?

I called my bank to cancel a CPA to QUICK QUID . The bank have said that these are taken by a mail order request rather than a CPA and they can't cancel without an EXACT amount to cancel. My bank want to know an amount to the exact penny! The issue is , QQ have tried to debit my account of just under £50 every day this…

I take your point as well, but I know this happens. Know at least one person it has actually happened to.
