Help with energy club

I've been looking at changing my gas and electric via the energy club. It seemed a better saving to change them individually so that's what i decided to do. I have just changed my electricity account but this seems to have frozen my account and does not now give me the option to compare and change my gas account. Has anyone else experienced this?
