in Techie Stuff
after weeks or problems with my Hotmail/outlook email account , I would like to merge it with my yahoo email account , is this possible ?

If you prefer the Yahoo E-mail interface, then yes.
You need to go to Settings (hover over the cog icon in the top right-hand corner in Yahoo.
Click on the Account option on the left in Settings.
Add the Hotmail account. If it requires server settings, you can obtain them from here:
http://dailyslack.com/2012/02/incoming-and-outgoing-mail-server-settings-for-hotmail-yahoo-gmail-etc/
