I think they are called metering systems.
But the point remains that E7 etc are not included in the four tariffs that suppliers will be restricted to, but will have their own limit of four tariffs.
See 2.19 (p16/17)
Edit: Missed the point on social tariffs - I think these have all been removed now (I think Staywarm was the last one) - they wouldn't be compliant with the new regulations. The bigger 6 and a few smaller ones take part in the Warm Home Discount Scheme instead.0
