How long does homemade pie last please?

Hiya, I made cheese, veg and potato pie on Wednesday evening and have kept it in the fridge since. It is a solid pie with a shortcrust pastry top and base. It looks and tastes as good as when I made it three days ago. So, how long will homemade pie last? Me and my hubby have eaten it today but my kids think it's been in…

Decent fridge or not, it must be crawling with bacteria by then... Yak.

Maybe. Therefore, cook it (and the bacteria) thoroughly. Some on the OS board would regard them as free extra protein.
