    On the positive side, there is a 25% off offer on the front page, which is better than a kick in the teeth and unlikely to result in orders being cancelled lol

    After persevering I thought I had placed an order, had a Paypal receipt and an order confirmation, then half an hour later had an email from the Works asking why I hadn't gone through with my order. We shall see.

    I have had a refund and an email explaining that they had made a mistake. My order was £25.

    Their site is so slow and irritating at the best of times that I'll buy similar books from the always reliable Book People.
