Excuse my naivety, but do they have seperate charges for cash withdrawls compared to normal use through the card?.

All CCs (with very few exceptions) charge ~3% for cash withdrawals and usually higher interest than on purchases. Also, unlike for purchases, interest isn't waived even if the balance is paid in full.0
