I think it's worth complaining not just to spite the business, but because you should win!
It's not so much the fee with big companies; rather they won't want decisions on something like this to go against them. Especially as the FOS now publishes a range of such decisions on their website, so if the public found those then it would encourage more to complain and so on.
So the complaint to the FOS in itself often gets their attention and action where they would otherwise just stonewall a consumer.Still rolling rolling rolling......<
