cant agree dates

im moving house but all the people in the chain cant agree on dates. so now im having to move out of my house on the 6th of july but dont get my new house till the 18th july. this was the only solution or it all would have fell through. how can i guarantee that between the 6th and 18th the people in the house i am buying cant change their mind. i dont want them pulling out and me my husband and 2 children becoming homeless. can solicitors make it so they cannot pull out and the house is legaly mine on the 18th

You can exchange contracts on both your sale and purchase on the same day, but set different completion dates. I'd certainly do that.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
