    Thanks, I think it was zero award but will have to dig out my paperwork to be sure.
    So do I put in an application now and say that I anticipate my earnings for the year to only be 9k for e.g?
    You can but bear in mind that if you don't lose your job you are likely to have to pay it all back. Or you could give them an estimate based on you continuing work, in which case you'll probably get a zero award, but if you do lose your job you'll get a payment on renewal.
