Can anyone who has won their claim against the bank tell me if they just refund charges or do they also refund interest on overdaft?

What do you mean by win a claim?
Bank charge refunds are at the goodwill of the bank. You dont win these. They decide what or any you get back.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). You can only hope to reclaim bank charges.
Interest on overdrafts is not reclaimable.

If I misunderstrood you, and you mean interest on the bank charges, then the bank may refund this if they agree to refund the charges as described in the article.
